SHIPPING
FRAME SHIPPING
For frames listed as in stock we generally ship within 10-14 business days of your purchase. Shipping is free for the lower 48 states in the US. We do not ship to AK, HI or outside of the US. We cannot ship frames over 60" (length plus width), however we will deliver them locally for free to the greater Northern VA/DC area.
SHELF SHIPPING
In stock shelves will generally ship within 3-5 business days of your purchase. Shipping is $30 flat rate for the lower 48 states in the US. We do not ship to AK, HI or outside of the US.
LOCAL ORDERS
Our shelves can be viewed and purchased from Blu Design in Purcellville VA. If you are local to the Northern VA/DC metro area, we deliver shelves and frames for free as part of your purchase. We may elect to ship the product depending on where you live and other factors.
RETURNS
Leesburg Reclaimed Wood accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Simply keep the box and return the item for a full refund. If something arrives damaged, please let us know asap and provide pictures so we can sort the issue with the carrier while we work on a repair/replacement for you.
PRIVACY POLICY
Leesburg Reclaimed Wood does not collect data or information from customers or visitors to the website. We do not maintain mailing lists, collect emails or otherwise gather any information about anyone interacting with our website. During the purchase process, our payment app (Wix payments) will collect sufficient information to process the transaction and forward the shipping address to Leesburg Reclaimed Wood.
